Our Faith
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that all authority is given to Him for the Christian dispensation of time.
We believe that those who come to God for spiritual blessings, which include salvation and eternal fellowship with God, must believe that God exists and He is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
We believe that all spiritual blessings are in our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe the answers to our search for spiritual blessings are found only and completely in the Word of God as revealed in the Holy Bible, and that the entire body of our faith must be solely sourced in the Word of God.
We believe that our fellowship with God is completed by following God’s inspired pattern for salvation proclaimed in scripture and evidence by New Testament examples of conversion. That pattern consists of:

- It came to pass in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John in the Jordan. 10 And immediately, coming up [a]from the water, He saw the heavens parting and the Spirit descending upon Him like a dove. Then a voice came from heaven, “You are My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” (Mark 1:9-11)
- Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. (1 Corinthians 15: 24-25)
We believe that those who come to God for spiritual blessings, which include salvation and eternal fellowship with God, must believe that God exists and He is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
- But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
We believe that all spiritual blessings are in our Lord Jesus Christ.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, (Ephesians 1: 3-4)
We believe the answers to our search for spiritual blessings are found only and completely in the Word of God as revealed in the Holy Bible, and that the entire body of our faith must be solely sourced in the Word of God.

- All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for [a]instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3: 16-17)
- In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God ... And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1: 1, 14)
- God, who [a]at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; (Hebrews 1: 1,2)
- Therefore we must give [a]the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. (Hebrews 2: 1)
We believe that our fellowship with God is completed by following God’s inspired pattern for salvation proclaimed in scripture and evidence by New Testament examples of conversion. That pattern consists of:
- Hearing the Gospel
- Believing the Gospel
- Repenting of past sins
- Confessing faith in Jesus Christ
- Imitating our faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ by being immersed in water for the forgiveness of our sins
- Remaining faithful until death
- And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go [a]therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Mathew 28: 18-20)
- “If you love Me, [a]keep My commandments. (John 14: 15)

- And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. (Ephesians 1: 22-23)
- That we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ. (Ephesians 4: 14,15)
- For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you. (Titus 1: 5)
